At FreeRide, we want our Riders to have an opportunity to clear their heads and ride in the moment by having inspirational instructors, a candle-lit studio, and epic jams you can totally get lost in. The best workouts keep you engaged and interested and that’s exactly what we do.  We ride to the beat with choreographed jumps, sprints, and hill climbs while combining weights for a full-body workout.  Our rides will challenge your body, allowing you to break fitness barriers and then see changes in your body.  Because once you start seeing those physical changes, you begin to embrace fitness as a lifestyle and see a studio full of riders as a community of people who are all working towards the same goal.  We are in the business of changing peoples lives, one ride at a time.  Come join us, and let us show you what the FreeRide lifestyle is all about.

FREE BARRE

Our exclusive training method combines pilates and yoga techniques with barre-work to burn calories and increase metabolism by targeting specific muscle groups including thighs, seat, arms, and abs. Even though these classes are low-impact using your own bodyweight combined with light to moderate handweights, we’ll rev up your heart rate through intervals of cardio, strength training, and stretching to create long and lean muscles.  Every class is different to keep your muscles guessing so that you never plateau or get bored because working out should be fun!  We use a multitude of equipment such as Gliders, bands, tubes, and balls to sculpt and tone muscles you didn’t even know you had.  This class is not for the faint of heart, it is a full on workout with guaranteed results in as little as 8 classes!

FREERIDE SWEAT

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is the most effective style of training to shed fat and burn calories in a short period of time! This method will increase strength, raise endurance, break through those slow metabolism walls, boost your energy, increase heart health, improve sleep, and is also one of the few workouts that will challenge you physically and mentally, every time. In these classes you will find a variety of fast paced workouts that consist of different intervals of time. Longer intervals of work matched with shorter breaks, to keep your heart rate up and that caloric burn going! Each class will be a combination of weight training, to build strong muscle and destroy fat; body weight movements, to promote long lean muscle growth and burn mega calories.  Then we match it up with cardio and endurance training to get that heart rate up, and keep it up!
